Non-dairy Cheese
Trying to eat a more plant-based diet or are you lactose intolerant? Come and learn how to make your own cheese! This class will cover all of the methods for creating non-dairy cheese that you can customize to your taste. During the hands-on part of the class each participant will be able to make their own cheese. All materials and equipment will be provided. You will also go home with some of the special ingredients needed to start making “cheese” in your own kitchen.
Snacks and samples will be provided.
Each class is limited to 6 participants. Please plan to pay ($60/person, cash, check or charge) when you arrive at the class. Bring your own apron or use one of ours. Closed toe shoes are highly recommended.
