Come learn to make mozzarella cheese and a zesty tomato topping for pizza! You will learn canning techniques as you preserve the tomatoes and you will actually get to make mozzarella. Pizza dough recipes and instructions will also be provided.

Each class is limited to 6 participants. Bring your own apron or you can use one of ours. Closed toe shoes are recommended. Register below to reserve your place in this class. Payment by check or credit card of $40 will be taken at the beginning of the class.
