Sourdough Breadbaking
This is a hands-on bread making class. During this class you will learn about both yeast and sourdough (naturally leavened) breads. We will cover bulk fermentation and how to shape the dough along with baking hints.
You will receive a container of sourdough starter to take home with you and you will learn how to maintain it for future bakes! Please bring a mixing bowl sized container to take home the dough you make in class.
Please plan to pay ($60/person, cash, check or charge) when you arrive at the class.
